Thank you for visiting the official website of the Department of Global Convergence at Gangneung-Wonju National University.

Our School is a dedicated academic program designed exclusively for international students from around the world, providing a space where students come together as one global community to learn, grow, and thrive.

We offer three specialized majors— Global Business, General Engineering and Marine Biotechnology—with all courses delivered entirely in English. This curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as competitive global talents in any part of the world.

In their first year, students also receive structured education in the Korean language and culture, helping them gain deeper insight into Korean society and develop cross-cultural communication skills.
